Consulting procedure and terms of payment

Consultation and information-events take place in Troisdorf, Kirchstr. 14.
Depending on your themes skype-sessions are also possible. In health restrictions or crisis situations domiciliary visits can be arranged.

In your first counseling session you describe your request and we clarify and look at your themes and the targets of our common work. Together we find out if my methods are suitable to support you in attaining your targets or if another method of psychotherapy or medical treatment is required.

Of course all conversations remain confidential.

Legal statement

I emphatically point out that the methods used by me cannot diagnose physical diseases and cannot replace curative treatment. On the contrary you are and will remain be asked not to interrupt or discontinue medical treatments and to seek medical attention in case of discomfort with clinical significance.

One session usually lasts 60 to 70 minutes and the interval between the sessions is mostly 1 to 3 weeks, depending on your individual need. The number of sessions is determined by yourself according to the progress you achieved, whereby an active cooperation on your part is assumed. Often a few sessions are sufficient to achieve a considerable change.

The fee per single appointment amounts to 85€ and is payable in cash immediately after the session or by cashless money transfer in advance. If desired we can arrange an appointment of 30 minutes to get to know each other, which I will charge with 40€.

For people with low income I offer the possibility of a “social fee”. To take advantage of this fee it is sufficient to bring a proof, like a “social pass”, “Tafel-Ausweis”, “Housing benefit communication”, “ALG-communication” or similar.

These costs are usually reimbursed only by private health insurances. Please ask your insurance company about the exact requirements and conditions.

A counseling session is only possible by prior appointment. Should you be unable to keep an appointment please inform me in due course of time, that means at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise you have to pay the failed session.
